Has anyone used a DC Marketplace plan for IVF since the mandate passed?

DC passed a robust mandate for IVF but it is hard to find info on what in looks in process. Has anyone used a plan since the mandate took effect?

You can't find anything because it becomes effective in 2025. We are in 2024.
