Books for teen boys with no attention spans

DS used to read a lot when younger but now with Tiktok and other social media he can't seem to concentrate long enough to finish a page. Are there any good books that you can recommend that hooked your child who is really addicted to social media?
Some of the slower starting books we've tried have been a bust. |

I found the Scholomance books (first is Deadly Education) pretty engaging (although the protagonist is a teen girl)
Murderbot has three novellas and they are a lot of fun so could try those (they are short enough to be manageable as audiobooks too). |

Yes, it was a brilliant move to make everyone dumber and otherwise cause havoc. Chinese under 14 have a limit of 40 minutes a day on their version of TikTok. |
