I have never tried Crumbl cookies until today when a very sweet coworker brought in a big box to share. They were ...fine...I mean, I don't think you can go wrong with a cookie! ...but I didn't think they were anything special. Nothing that I can't find for a quarter of the price at my local grocery store! Also, insanely sweet and "heavy"...I am a sweet tooth generally, but a few bites was enough for me! Although, maybe there are some amazing flavors I didn't try but the ones I tried (choc chip, M&M, butter cake)...eh. I don't get the hype.
Do you like Crumbl cookies? |
| You need to be a kid to enjoy them. Too sweet for an adult. |
| I think they are a novelty for teens and college kids. I bought them once. Too big and expensive. I am happy with Tollhouse. |

your hint was that they come in a pretty pink box. They are not selling the cookie, you are buying the novelty and the brand. Its also the scarcity of the flavor of the week. My teen likes them, but she doesn’t buy them just to eat. She takes them as a treat for sleepovers or buys one as a “just because” gift for a friend at school. She usually cut them in quarters so everyone can try a bite of each flavor. |
| I enjoy them. I grew up on European sweets though. You can’t compare a crumbl cookie to something you can get at a grocery store. Not even close. |
