| I’ve seen people here mentioned this here a few times now, and I’m curious how it’s done. I’ve been to a few pharmacies lately, and the tests are always behind the checkout counter and not in the pharmacy. Is there another place or way to buy them? |
| I was at the pharmacy counter at Safeway and they had me sign a form, took down my BCBS insurance info, and went to the back and got eight COVID tests that they bagged up for me. Free, done in three minutes. |
Thank you! I’ll try Safeway. |
| DC libraries have them for free. |
| Someone also said you can buy them online at CVS and then either pock up for free or ship |
For anyone looking, I was at Cleveland Park library today. They haven't had tests in 2 weeks and are waiting on a shipment. |
That was me - I ordered them 2 days ago, supposedly they will arrive today. I should have just gone to CVS and talked to the pharmacy workers but I was lazy. I have BCBS fed insurance. Not sure all insurances have this benefit. |
| I love CVS for this. Just give it a try, they'll kick it back if it's not covered. https://www.cvs.com/shop/merch/at-home-covid-tests-education?widgetID=ojdg5nje&icid=shop-hhc-ahct-plp-banner-request-test |
Thanks! Unfortunately my plan denied the benefit, but maybe that link will help someone else. |
