Window reflection burns hole in grass

Our house is positioned such that the upstairs window glare hits our grass and burns a strip of it. Has anyone successfully fixed this issue? We’ve replaced the grass so many times and kept it watered but it always, always dies. I can feel the heat too when I stand in that spot.
I see window film but wouldn’t that make the reflection worse and hotter (since the sun isn’t being absorbed into the window)? And if you did get the window film- is it noticeable? This is on the front of our house. |

We have reflective window film for a different reason (too much sun coming in), but I saw this when I was doing research. We are using a different company, so I can’t comment on the one below.
