Another explanation of celebrity breakups

Is it evil eye or are celebrities just quick to fall out of love? Why 90% of their love stories end in breakups and divorce?
Anonymous
They spend too much time apart.

It’s extremely stressful to live in the public eye and conform to the public’s expectations, especially when your livelihood depends on the image you attempt to create. This is for actors, influencers and artists.

Do YOU think you could do it?

Royals and politicians have a different kind of pressure - they need to stay together no matter what. This is why Diana faced such extreme pushback when she left Charles. And it’s why practically all heads of state are married.

And many are narcissists. The jobs care to them.

Not as much practicality binding them, probably most of them are aware they could easily get someone else. If money was no object and there was no fear of being alone, I bet a lot of non celeb couples would divorce.

Love is not some magical thing. Falling "in" or "out" of love is such a juvenile concept. Love is a decision, and the practical day to day experience.

Because many of them are narcissists?

It’s obvious: they are wealthy, famous, & usually attractive, so lots of people making themselves available to them. They can’t resist the temptation of trading in something they are growing bored with for something fresh & different. Nobody likes eating the same meal over & over again.

Narcissists can only love themselves. It just won’t work for a relationship with another person.

+1

Also nannies are raising their kids and they travel so much that divorcing probably doesn’t feel that different. If your spouse is away for two months on a movie set and then you leave when they get back for your concert tour, it’s similar to being divorced. And you don’t see your kids regularly anyway.

Because they always have options. And a ton of cash.

Time apart, wealthy enough to split up, divorce is very common and normalized in their circles, and they have endless opportunities for exit - in addition to being separated from their spouses a lot, they are doing so while filming with other highly attractive celebrities. And even when they’re not separated from their spouses, have people throwing themselves at them. It’s pretty simple

I think money is the main issue. They are both wealthy enough that splitting up doesn’t change their lifestyle.
