I like making noodle dishes, either in stir fry or soups. Not picky about thickness or shape - do like it on chewier side (like potato starch but my kids aren't fans) and holds up well (not too soft/soggy).
I haven't found a brand I love. If you have one, please share. |
| I like Goodles and Barilla Protein +. Goodles are expensive, so I buy a lot when they're on sale. |
| Momofuku if you want Asian style noodles. |
| I use Wegmans brown rice noodles for things like pad Thai and Bionaturae for most other dishes. |
I actually hate these. I feel like they have amazing marketing and an average-at-best product. |

Wegmans ramen brand in the Asian aisle is pretty good.
I also love Twin Marquis for fresh Chinese noodles - lo mein and wonton style. Sun Noodles is sold at Whole Foods, very good for ramen and Japanese meals; they have kits in the refrigerated aisle. |
