Distance program or coach recommendations

| We are moving to Rockville, MD (Flower Valley neighborhood). Can anyone recommend a program or coach for my distance swimmer that is entering high school? They currently have multiple sectionals cuts and hope to swim in college. |

Steer clear of RMSC Rockville. They are an IMX only site. |

Thank you- seems like many agree with you. Any idea about the swimmers and how well they get along? Son is incredibly bummed to leave his current team. |

| I would recommend that your kid tries a practice with the group. I’m sure that they are starting up again around Labor Day. |

| My son is a distance swimmer at an Ivy League school who swam for both NCAP and RMSC and he would say RMSC Olney without question (he swam at a different RMSC site). |

| +1 to all the votes for RMSC’s Olney location. A 2026 swimmer from DK’s group got the Trials cut in the 800 at NCSAs, third OT qualifier from the site in the last three years. |

Welcome! My son swims at a different site but has commented how close the NTG boys are. They truly are a nice group of kids. |
