Help: ideas for stairs railing

Looking for ideas for the railings of two sets of stairs in white oak for a row townhouse + the small part of the hallway above the stairs at the top floor.

I tend to like simple designs. Googling I see some nice glass with wood handles or railings.

Any suggestions or experiences to share?

Either go with a style consistent with the exterior architecture of the house, or make an intentional and considered departure that is consistent with all the other trim and finishes.
