Insurance authorization specialist

What can you tell me about this as a career? These are my wants:
- having a BA makes me a better candidate
- can work remotely, at least 2 days a week
- at least $30 an hour
- lots of jobs in this field
- good benefits (like could work for a hospital)
- having good people skills makes me a better candidate
- being bilingual is a plus
- I can learn the job on the job

If not insurance authorization person…is anything else close?

Job satisfaction can be low in these roles depending on the company and the incentive structure for denying coverage.
