Help! Recommend your awesome dentist in NoVA

Please tell me that someone loves their dentist in the Northern Virginia area...we are out near Great Falls but I will happily drive into McLean or Arlington or even points west...I do not have any issues other than TMJ (I grind my teeth really bad while sleeping). I did try to go to someone around here but oddly enough they had an "open" style of office so I could hear about all the other patients' problems plus the hygienist didn't do any of the pocket checks on gums with numbers nor did her cleaning job get checked out by the dentist...he just kind of went "looks good" and sent me on my way.
Thank you for any help you can offer.

I see Dr. Lessne in VA. He's located on Glebe Rd in Arlington right near MaryMount University. The office does have an open style space (2 hygenists right next to each other) but I've been very happy there. They do the gum test and the dentist does a thorough check afterwards, even for tongue cancer. The wait is long, probably 6 months (since people book their next appointment in advance) but they can call you if there is a cancellation, which happens all the time. He's been rated one of Washington's Top Dentists.

I love Dr. Dean Phass in Falls Church! It's a family practice and his sister is Dr. Sophia Phass. They are also in Washingtonians Top Dentists!

Good luck!

Dr. Bala who I think is in Sterling now. He left a practice in Centreville a few years ago, and we just loved him.

I like my dentist in Oakton - Dr. Todd Casey, on Hunter Mill Rd off of 123. He's in a father/son practice and I'm not super crazy about his dad, but I've only seen the dad once. (I think the father's perfectly fine as a dentist, but he comes off as a bit of a jackass.) I've never had any problem scheduling appointments, and though they always seem busy, I've never had to wait long past my appointment time. Good hygienests, too.

I love Dr Glenn Gerald in Vienna, VA. I have been seeing him probably for 10 years, and I wouldn't consider changing. He does not have an open style office. His staff has also been there ever since I started going. He is just such a nice man, and his staff are all very pleasant. Makes going to see the dentist bearable.
