Comfortable brown ballet flat

I am looking for a comfortable brown (probably chestnut?) ballet flat for around $125 (slightly higher ok, but not a ton). Unfortunately, Rothy's don't work for me (they are super uncomfortable, even 1/2 a size up). I'd like some arch support. Any recommendations?

AGL flats are very expensive but very comfortable. Fortunately, you can find nearly new or new pairs on Poshmark below the budget you have set. There have several types in brown. I own this model, bought off Poshmark (in a larger size).
