Polyester workout clothing

Anonymous
I have some polyester workout clothing that I haven't worn yet. Should I donate these or are they worth wearing to the gym? They are Capri pants and long pants. I also have sleeveless tops. I haven't been to the gym since I was a teenager.

You mean these are from your high school days? Probably donate then.

Moisture-Wicking clothes are current and not expensive. They are way more breathable and comfortable.

Its amazing on after being drenched in sweat - you decide to cool off on the tread mill and most of the sweat has dried off.

All my workout clothes are merino wool blends (usually 75 wool to 25 nylon).

No donate them they don't breathe and they hang on to body soil. Gross.

Merino wool is a 2 on the comfort scale compared to a dri fit type of material. Thats a big no thanks for me.
