The effort to stymie the certification of Electoral College votes would very likely only happen in places where Trump is guaranteed to win - deep Red States.

If those states don't have their Electoral College votes counted in January 2025 because they refused to certify, oh well. Just less votes in Trump's column.

AZ, PA, WI, MN, MI, NV - all have Dem governors who will certify.

GA - Republican Governor Kemp is a straight shooter. Trump already attacking him. Not worried here.

Big wildcards will be NV with a GOP Governors who is former Sherrif of Las Vegas and NC with a Dem governor but a crazy gerrymandered legislature who will likely try to force some sort of delay in certification.

Another wildcard is Youngkin - will he certify the Electors for VA? It will be chaos if he does not.
