Therapist recommendation needed

I’m a woman in her 50s who is just moving into the empty nest phase. I need a recommendation for a smart, caring therapist who is at least partially focused on CBT. Any ideas? I’m in Bethesda. Thanks!!

I can recommend mine but she's at Sunstone in Falls Church. I imagine you don't want to go that far, but if you do -- let me know.

Just be sure to inquire what state she has licensure. Bethesda is a MD license, obviously, Falls church, Virginia. It's possible she's licensed in both but many therapists are licensed in one.
