I mean positive aura isn’t going to offset deficiencies in your new position. How big a risk is this? You aren’t putting any capital in right? |

| I have and am a big believer. I went to a Tony Robbins event in the 90s (I know, so cheesy) and it was about using CBT to overcome limiting beliefs you have about yourself so you can reach your full potential. It really transformed my life - became an athlete, successful entrepreneur and found a great life partner. I still use manifestation /vision board techniques and am a big fan of CBT to have more confidence in every area of life. |

Yes for my last job. It wasn’t a vision board per se. I wrote my goal and steps to get there. Every work morning I checked in with it and wrote things I could do to accomplish the goal.
Took me 2 years to get to the goal. |
