I went to both Tenley and Glover park shops this morning. Both parking lots stinks, and the back part of the stores. What is going on?
Adding insult to injury, I did not get the Greek Feta for my dish. I had to go to Safeway in GT and pay $2 extra for the cheese. The Safeway turns out to be the cleanest and most expensive shop LOL |
| Stinks like what? Vague. |
| Like a whole foods, fewer preservatives, produce in the front of the store, wafting kind of way? |
| It's really, really hot outside and maybe in their loading dock area and garbage collection might not be keeping up? |
| I don’t think OP means literal smell, but that WF sucks. |
| All such elegant words! |
Probably accurate as the OP was in search of cheese--which is an offensive smelling food to many. |

Whole Foods was....out of Feta?
Lidl actually has the best feta. It's greek, whole blocks in brine, and it's $4. |
Those of us from a younger cohort use sucks. Stinks is rather boomerish. |
| All health food stores stink. I have never figured out what it is. It’s like some kind of herb or supplement that they sell. It’s nauseating to me. |

It's very humid today, so you're smelling stores that sell more produce and fresh meat and fish! regular supermarkets sell a lot more packaged foods...
So while it's unpleasant to smell rotting stuff, the truth is that it's a consequence of healthier choices by the supermarket. |

| I don’t believe two Whole Foods had no feta. |
