I lose weight and gain it alll back
I cant stop eating cause people buy me candy
Cant be responsible

There’s so many weight loss drugs available now to turn off the noise. Talk to your doctor about starting one. Are you overweight?

If you don’t have the willpower ( I don’t) then don’t take the candy. Leave it for coworkers, tell your kids to hide it, whatever.
I can’t imagine the only issue is candy though…. You gotta tell yourself a cut off time for snacking etc.
