Would like to buy a reliable compact or subcompact car

Looking to buy a new car with good safety features (blind spot warning, rear camera, etc). Considering compact or subcompact cars, preferably hatchback. My teen and I will share the car. Considering Toyota corolla, Subaru crosstrek, and Mazda 3. Any other suggestions? I would like to stay below 25k but there is some room to go above. Thanks.
