| So am I a bad person for blocking her on Facebook because of her views on spanking? Now there's drama over it. |
| ya'll are so messy |
| So what? It's a free site. |
| her who |
| What actually happened? |
| Is this the good spanking or the bad kind? |
|
What's her views on spanking? Is she pro or against it?
Either way this is soooo toxic, get over yourself |
| I thought FB died like my space |
| Is she your mother? Then not such a good idea to block her. Is she some random friend from high school. It's fine. |

I stopped going on FB when I became a parent because "parenting advice/opinion FB" is the fifth circle of hell.
I remember seeing a conversation I wasn't even a part of started by a HS friend who was returning to work after maternity leave and stressing about sleep training because her kid was still waking several times a night and she knew work would be awful if she was still waking up that much. Another friend from HS took the position that all sleep training is child abuse and the thread devolved from there. I was pregnant at the time and was just like "nope" and never posted about parenting on that website. That's what DCUM is for! You can argue all you want without destroying relationships or communities. |
| I’m surprised you even noticed a post. I’m in FB because that’s the way a couple orgs communicate and anytime I look at my general newsfeed it’s all ads. Nothing posted by my friend list. |
| You saw a post from someone you know? I haven’t seen anything but ads and promoted posts for a long time, lol. |
| Such a waste of time. |
+1- now I don't even care what the orgs are saying. They need a better medium. So I let them know that |
Haha I'm the PP who mentioned seeing the post from friends about parenting and this was 8 years ago -- that's how long it's been since I spent any time on FB! Guess it's only gone downhill since. |
