Supply List for Garrett Park Elementary (MCPS)

My DS is starting kindergarten at GP this fall and I'm looking for their supply list, but their website does not provide a list--each grade is just text with no link.

I found a list at teacherlists.com but I don't know if it's legit or not. Could someone please clarify if this is the list I should use? The site claims it was updated in early July of this year.

Contact the school's PTA, counselor, Assistant Principal or Principal to find out when to expect a list and other info. Typically they'll send it out in August. Yes, tax free week is coming up in MD.

Also you may want to know that school supplies in many environments (potentially all) are pooled, not personal. So don't let your kid pick the super special glowing pencils or many other items that they much like, because they may all very well go into a bin in the classroom to be distributed to everyone. That's why the exact brands (or generics) are important.
