IS PPA "buying" Takoma Park?

Several of the lower PPA teams in NCSL are now listed as Takoma Park/PPA. Is PPA buying the organization (I assume not the other way around because Takoma Park is much much smaller.

So that’s where the majority of the non-green PPA teams went instead of EDP. Interesting.

No way anyone would want to buy Takoma Park. But it’s definitely larger than PPA if you are just counting participants. This is probably just an NCSL admin convenience.

It’s all part of the same club Takoma Park rec and the various Takoma Park travel teams, just in a very loose and disorganized kind of way.
