Space is insane

Insane!
And it’s crazy to me that we’re at work making spreadsheets and like - worrying about our kids handwriting when you consider that we’re on a ball in the middle of neverending…..?

So true. What a waste we have become.

It's a double edged sword our civilization today...on one hand, we have it WAY easier than generations prior in that we have indoor plumbing, we don't spend all our time on survival of the fittest and in so many ways, we have leisure activities to really enjoy life beyond having to worry about what to eat and how to defend ourselves.

On the other hand, so few of us at least in US really have down time (if kids esp). We work all the time and usually behind a desk so we're not really moving which prob sucks for our bodies in general. I feel like we all have so many choices which prob does not help us in the long run. Just a lot of people and a lot more problems all around. I know this is not a bad thing but in some respects, without a "tribe" and "community" life is sometimes harder. Human beings are just hard I guess

I wonder if we'll ever actually evolve into truly intelligent life.

I'm 55 and this is deep!

My kid cracked me up when he said "Cavemen worked their butts off to make sure you'd be here today...annoyed about having to run a PTA Craft Fair".

What can you do but laugh about it...

I am amazed at how ugly we have made our world. There is so much incredible life and beauty and we sit in cubicles in ugly dead office blocks. It is horrific.

Getting gored by a mastodon was pretty "ugly" too.

I don't make spreadsheets. Space is finite because you aren't blind.
