Ashburn is pretty big, OP, can you be more specific on location? Brambleton, Ashburn Farm, Ashburn Village, north or south of 267?
Data centers and new home/townhouse construction are ongoing at the moment. There's also Kincora, which is a new development similar to One Loudoun going up near the intersection of 28 and 7.

The entities that are building these things should have to put them underground. Put a park on top. I mean, they get away from paying their fair share of taxes, they should have to give back in some other way.

Just assume it's a data center or ugly, overpriced townhouses. It's almost always one or the other. Pretty sure they won't stop until nearly all trees are uprooted and wildlife displaced.

No. Think about storage rather than cpu cycles. They need endless storage so they can track your web usage even more.
