I’m reading that exit polls show Maduro losing by a landslide.
This has important implications for our elections. If Venezuelans stop migrating and some migrants move home, that will be a huge win for the Biden administration and bodes well for Harris. |

Same - just saw an article saying Gonzalez is at 65% vs Maduro at 31% in exit polling.
Maduro will probably try to rig it, and refuse to leave office. |
Am just following betting markets (don't know Spanish). They are still at 64 cents for Maduro, so presumably ignoring the exit polls since Maduro certainly as the power to force a win. |
Too late for Harris. We already have Venezuelan gangs and criminals roaming our streets. I have lost count of the number of Venezuelans who have raped or murdered citizens here. They won't go back because they won't be allowed in. |
We can only hope. Most NYers are tired of having these people around. They have no means to support themselves and are only here bc of the “right to shelter” consent decree. |
Maduro won according to the WSJ. Expect even larger waves now. |
How could he win? The country is in shambles. |
