I agree but I caution about being over confident. Remember what over confidence did in 2016! MAGA is a cult. This is still a close election and nothing can be taken for granted. In fact, I hope Biden will not actively campaign for Harris.

I'd give it a few weeks when the media hype dies off and she just can't stop drinking before public appearances.

I hope it gives Democrats some hope and that Kamala Harris wins - but also, that Democrats make gains in the House and Senate as well. Republicans have been very counterproductive and outright damaging on so many issues for far too long. I also hope she gets to make some SCOTUS choices as well.

Excitement is good, but don't count your chickens before they are hatched. Hopefully, people don't make an assumption again that Trump will lose then not turn out to vote (see 2016).
