I think it's a stretch to assume that the actress has the same personality as her character. You say Lisa W. because it's something her character would have done. Do you really know anything about the person?

That said, it's likely the reboot would have been DOA anyway unless they got George Clooney to reprise his role as the handyman.

Lisa doesn’t make any sense in this story because she hasn’t acted for decades and definitely isn’t a name to carry a solo show. Kim has the biggest career and could carry a solo spin off, or maybe Nancy. Lisa doesn’t have the acting chops or an interesting enough character to have supported a solo spinoff so that really wouldn’t make any sense.

I saw in comments to an article about this people are saying it was Kim, that she got a big head from being on Real Housewives.

Mindy said to look in her Instagram to see who she has NOT posted a picture with in recent years for a clue. There are pix of Mindy with Kim and Nancy. None with Lisa.

She lived with her family in my hometown and I saw her in person many times at shops and restaurants. She always seemed nic with her kids but there was a reputation she had the blanket training thing

Seems like they are all greedy trying to do a “reboot” nobody is even asking for. They are in their 60s now. Does anyone care? Clearly they are all hard up for money if this is the only thing left and one of them wanted to sweeten the pot to make what would surely be an embarrassment more worth her while. But Mindy is just as bad since this is all about the money.

Then she’s insane because no one would watch a spin off based on her character. Nancy Mckelm has a real fan base from Lifetime movies and that series plus Jo was a feminist fan favorite and people might want to see a cranky menopausal Jo. And Tootsie was another fan favorite and Kim has that series with Wanda Sykes so can clearly carry.l a series. Either one of them would be a viable stand alone spin off but who wants to watch middle aged Blaire? We all know what she’s doing at 60 and it’s not at all interesting.
