good dermatologist rec (non-cosmetic)?

Anonymous
I have a skin condition that is becoming increasingly severe, and the dermatologist I've been seeing hasn't been able to figure out what it is. I need a good diagnostician. Any recommendations on specific doctors (or hospital centers?) I'm in close-in Maryland but open to travelling to Johns Hopkins if needed, but prefer someone close by.

Illana DeLucca at GW Medical Faculty Associates is good. She used to have some hours in Bethesda, but now is only at the 2150 Pennsylvania Ave building (actual entrance at 22nd and I streets. She has a background in immunology too so seems to be able to get to underlying causes..

Does the condition have a diagnosis?

No, hence the request for a good diagnostician as each outbreak. Current derm has previously diagnosed and treated but changed his mind as condition got worse and is now puzzled but keeps throwing different medications at it that aren't helping but isn't looking much at the etiology so am looking for something more comprehensive.
