Is there any speed training places that do combine like testing? Things like the beep test?

Don’t know of anywhere that does it, but I has my own set up going a few years ago. Downloaded the beep test app on my phone, measured out the distance and did it by myself.

Thank you for this. An app never crossed my mind. I’m looking for something “professional” that coaches would feel confident with the results.

ah dreaded beep test. Download test and go
to a local field and set up your cones. My kid had to do this and trained this way and also running at the track.

Download the app and practice practice practice. That's it. It's simple.

Seems like it would look better to colleges if you had a professional perform the test. Or at least not your mom.
