As a previously unfit person, I have attended 61 Pure Barre classes. I am happy to report, I am so much stronger!! My legs and butt look amazing and I have core strength.

My life has been transformed by PB. I’ve attended 278 classes since July 2022 and I now have so much more core strength.
I’m still inflexible but the exercises are so good for me. Really everyone should be doing pure barre type exercises every day, or nearly every day. A little balance, arms w weights, lots of core, and stretching. It’s great. |
I agree. It is also a great low impact total body workout that one can do into old age. It is so beneficial and healing. |
