Ibiza .. is it only drugs and partying? Family vacation destination?

I get the vibe that it is not exactly a family vacation destination but has anyone visited?

I think it's where Brits of a certain (young) age go - a bit like Bali for drunken Australians and Cancun for drunken spring breakers.

It is a party destination but it also amazing for families and has an extremely luxurious side with expensive homes and celebrities. For family travel see for example https://www.plumguide.com/journal/areas-to-stay-in-ibiza-for-families

Lots of wealthy, bohemian-adjacent European families go there with kids too. The rent a villa or go to an upscale resort that is more family friendly. Northern part of the island is considered more family friendly.

I would not stay in Playa Den Bossa or Sant Antoni with kids. Those have lots of clubs and bars, messy young adults. The rest of the island is fine for families.

It’s fines. You could also look at Mallorca

I went in my early twenties by the ferry and yes, the partying was on a level like no where else. However, we did check out the coast north of Sant Antoni for a day. Amazing cliffside trails, coves and beaches with mansions that overlook it all.
