My sister is getting married in November. The wedding will be on the beach at sunset at the Del on Coronado (San Diego), and I’m feeling uninspired looking at dress options. It’s a small affair (under 15 guests).
I’m 5’6” with a large chest (36 DD/E) and wear a 10/12. I’d like to stay under $400-500. What does DCUM have for me? My fallback is a Nordstorm personal shopper appointment. |

In general, I tend to dress fairly conservatively. Think black and navy sheath dresses from MM LaFleur for work with diamond stud earrings.

I agree this is nice. It's beachy, but also "fall". And because it is colder at night in SD, grab a cashmere wrap or shawl. Garnet Hill, JMcLaughlin and J Crew always have them on sale or offer coupons periodically. Or Neimans has some nice lightweight cashmere scarf/shawls. You will need a jacket or a wrap. |
