| Donuts after practice, different games like Beaver or Water Polo for the last 10 min of practice depending on the age group. |

| We have a different themes each week, like Olympics, Red White & Blue, Christmas in July. They do an off-pool activity like a craft or chalk mural and then an in-pool activity like a short relay where they wear a tee-shirt and pass it to the next person. |

Pancake breakfast- older kids cook pancakes for the team.
Coin toss- throw a ton change in the pool and kids 12 and under dive for it. |
