Which studio? I’ve been practicing yoga for 25 years and tried many teachers at Dupont over the past couple years. I like Caitlin for a vigorous flow and Maylin for a slow, steady flow. Edgar is weirdly interesting, but I’ve not gone back. Most are just not experienced enough. Some I’ve outright disliked. I’ve heard better things about 14th St, but I haven’t been there in many years.
These days I prefer Yoga Sangha on P. Lovely studio. A few of the teachers remind me of those from the good old Tranquil Space days. |
