| I have a mesh pop-up one in my son's room that inevitably gets destroyed within months. Thanks! |
| Hmm. I probably bought the same one for my DD- cheap, from Target or Amazon, came in a pack of 2? Hers are going on 3 yrs of use with no issue |
| Just a plastic laundry basket? Our pop-up mesh ones are still going strong. |
Ok, sorry, I didn’t see your question in the topic. Honestly, I’d just put a hard plastic laundry basket in his room |
| My son’s is his floor apparently. |
| Mine all use tall white hampers made of hard plastic (similar to a laundry basket). Cheap, from Target or similar. No complaints. |
| We just use a hard plastic tall one with a lid that rarely stays on : ) |
| We have been using the same Ikea laundry hampers for more than 15 years. The best part is that I also sometimes line it with a trash bag and use it as the trash or recycling container during large parties at home. |

These are working well for my teens, OP:

| Cotton rope basket from Amazon. Three years and going strong: https://a.co/d/bqHa6oj |
Ours actually has a wide range that extends from bedroom floor to bathroom floor beside the shower. |
| These IKEA ones have been used in our house since before the kids were born and they are teens now. I think it’s the same. They are strong. https://www.ikea.com/us/en/p/fyllen-laundry-basket-white-60522049/ |
I see you have the same experience. I just posted the same link. We bought ours when we moved to the area, over 20 years ago and then bought more when the kids were born. They all are still going strong. |
| Why does it matter |
