Is your local Chic fil a charging $.50 for a cup of water now? Olney is.
I’m not complaining, I’m just surprised. |
Not in Laurel. Just went there last week and we got a cup of water for free (as always). |
Same in Fair Oaks. |
Corporate doesn't make these calls. This is franchise specific. The only fast food water I'd pay for is Starbucks -- it's free and I always tip them $1. Theirs is filtered and tastes excellent. I can't speak to the filtering or lack there of others. |
That makes sense because this is a newer owner and they also told us it was only one Chick-fil-A sauce per french fry, and it would be extra if you wanted more sauce. It’s been a long time since I ate at Chick-fil-A. |
Its probably the cost of the cup. |
Are they using those weird double paper cups everywhere, or just in states like mine that have banned styrofoam? I bet they're $$$ |
They weren’t Styrofoam, but I don’t know if it’s a double paper cup. It was paper. |
Neither location in Leesburg is charging the last time I was there (probably in the last month).
I got my kid some food at the Ashburn CFA over the weekend and didn't notice a charge for my cup of water. |
