Not according to the US Constitution. |
Federal law only protects individuals who are over the age of 40. So, unless you are in a state that prohibits age discrimination regardless of age, you won’t be able to sue employers for hiring only individuals who are age 30 or over. |

| Well, there are plenty of jobs that require a college degree and 10-15 years of experience. So unless you graduated college when you were 15, you'd have to be over 30 to qualify. |
