Cost of natural IVF

Can anyone give a ballpark figure of the cost of natural IVF?

It's 4400, plus preliminary testing which for me was covered by insurance.

$4900 if you are doing assisted hatching, plus $750 for the mock embryo transfer if that is not covered by insurance.

Right. $4400 base. Plus $500 for assisted hatching, usually if you're 37 or older. Plus $750 for the mock transfer -- but only for the first NCIVF cycle, not for subsequent cycles.

Well it's significantly less than regular IVF, but we have sperm issues so is ICSI included, thats a lot extra at most clinics I've checked?
Anonymous
Yes, at Dominion ICSI is included in the natural cycle cost.

My DH and I are considering this option and I stumbled on this thread, in the dc area I guess? Are there any other clinics that offer it? I live in Chicago area and haven't had any luck locating an RE that would consider this approach. In fact one RE about 2 hrs from me said they would do it, but would charge the regular IVF price since it's the same amount of work for the clinic.

PP thanks for the link, NYC isn't closer than DC so I'm still looking for something closer.

Yes, less expensive, but I've read some pretty bad reviews of the place on various IF boards. I'm a patient of DF and can say that they are top notch.

What do they say? I haven't gotten to the point that I need it yet but I was happy when I found that site...

That New Hope is a mill, much worse than the SG mill because mistakes happen and there is no one focused on your cycle. Also, the head doc isn't a board certified RE, and he is criticized for not being on top of the game.

In the DC area? Definitely Dominion Fertility. We've had a great experience there so far!

(I think they're actually only one in the area that offers NCIVF. But others may know more.)
