| That is the question |
| Not sure but completely unimpressed with him. He’s just pr and a bunch of talking points with no actual plan to fix things and he and his staff are unresponsive. |
Ooph. I was hoping that wouldn’t be the case but I can definitely tell right out of the gate that his focus is very much on the PR side of things. |
|
Nah, he's been on the job for 5 business days with his first week being a holiday week. He also doesn't have a COO and there are a bunch of other leadership transitions happening. I suspect he is filling his schedule meeting Central Office department leads, key people in county government, union leadership, parent groups, and other special interests. Next week will be his first board meeting as superintendent so that's worth watching. I'm not judging yet.

He is not meeting with all those groups. |
| Can you give the guy like ten days? People are nuts. |
Do you know what a transition team is for? |
+1 I am reserving judgement at this point, but if there are actual issues with his performance I'd like him to actually have received a fair shot. |
Who are his staff? |
| Did he bring any staff with him from Stafford? |
+1. This is the problem with listening to DCUM. Expecting people to perform miracles on Day1 |
Calm down. Thread is about transition team. |
OMG he needs to fix things!!! Everything is broken! Our school doesn't even have the latest bacci equipment! |
No matter what he does the kooks will just complain. |
| Did McKnight or Felder have transition teams? |
