When I google this, the broader queer umbrella comes up, which is great, but I would like to know more about the environment for lesbians in particular, as LGBTQ+ friendly could still be dominated by another group. My DD wants LGBTQ+ friendly, but that could look very different from one school to the next.
Anyone able to share some insights here? Also, my DD isn't overly political - so she's not looking for an activist bent, just a community. |

Most SLACs will be lesbian friendly. All women’s schools will have a high proportion lesbian students. |
Pretty much any school would be fine these days. Most younger people really don't care. |
I agree with this. FWIW we have heard of good experiences for Lesbian students at Franklin and Marshall. |
