What was your experience buying a new Toyota from a dealership, and which would you recommend and why?

Koons in Tysons. High volume dealer. Great price and great service.

Fitzgerald in Gaithersburg. Ask for Chris Ogene. He helped me get a great deal this year.

Every Koons salesperson I have ever dealt with has given me the major ick. Maybe because i’m female, but they really lean into the hard sell/sleazy car dealer mo there. Prefer Fitzgerald or Sheehy

Had 2 Toyotas from Koons Tysons, down to 1. Can’t wait to be done with them

Not Jim Coleman in Bethesda. They suck.

Mike at Koons Toyota was great. No pressure, very straight forward, didn’t play games with pricing. I would definitely buy a car from him again.

Sheehy had sleazy salesman. We were lied to so many times. Went elsewhere and much less BS.

We went to another place in the evening. They all wanted to go home and we negotiated ahead of time by email so we were in and out within a few hours.

My take is they will take advantage of you no matter what. The less they say to me the better.

None of them are good. Shop around.

Asking what dealership is good is a little naive because every deal is different.

We went to no name areas of PA for our Toyota..very little pressure and actually took a few days to even get OTD pricing on the cars we were interested in which made us nervous since around here, it was more like a reserve it ASAP deal.
