I’ve been a loyal OTF client for three years no and have consistently gone 3-5 times a week and now incorporate the strength heavy days more than than traditional 2G classes. I’d like to try something new and quit for cost reasons and because I think I might benefit from something else.
I’ve never been to a regular gym but should I try that and just do the classes they offer or try strength on my own? Any other programs you use? I’m not into Pilates or small music or toning I want strength l. |
MADabolic. |
Depends on your location. I like OneLife classes and primarily joined for the boxing studio in Alexandria. |
Peloton. I used to be an OT person and moved on to the peloton during the pandemic and have loved it since. |
Madabolic is a group of pretentious jerks |
The owners, not the clients |
Solidcore |
I lift weights using Moves with Madeline for my programming. $20 a month, multiple plans to choose from. My glutes saw more progress and my legs got more defined with this than anything else. OTF just wasn’t doing it so I stopped last year. |
I do Burn Boot Camp and love it. Might be worth checking out |
I should add they do have days that are heavier cardio but a lot of days are just strength days, it’s a good variety in my opinion. each week the protocol is set so you can look and see what days are strength etc, it is different days each week so you get a lot of variety. |
How much do you pay monthly? |
Solidcore if strength is where you're gravitating. It won't be cheaper, but it's a pretty amazing workout. Definitely worth trying! |

I am quitting too and getting a trainer. I loved it but have repeat injuries and need something more personalized.
Might also try Pvolve. |
