Smart trip card/Apple wallet app not showing recent trips

I’m new to public transportation and taking the metrobus, but my app hasn’t been registering trips this week.
I went to NY last weekend and had express transit set up (for my credit card) for the subway there…I think I’ve put all the settings back but even tho the reader on the bus is registering my trip, I can’t find the charges. Anybody else? Is it a systemic issue or one with my phone? Would obviously prefer to charge my transit benefits than pay out of pocket… |

| Anyone? I took 2 buses today and the second did not charge, so clearly it’s keeping track of something…can’t find a charge on anything else… |

Op here, in case anybody has the same issue. I called wmata, and it looks like the card is being read but my card in apple wallet isn’t showing the right balance. I assume it’ll catch up eventually. |

| I’ve been told the bus data doesn’t download until the bus is back at the depot at the end of the day. Also many bus fare machines don’t work when I tap my card. |
