I’d say it Kay-thee. I’d also think the parents were trying to be yooneek.

I haven't done a poll, but I would pronounce this the same way I would pronounce "Kathy." I would then wonder if perhaps this was some ridiculous obscure Irish name, of which there seem many other nicer choices or whether perhaps the parents were just trying to create insane spellings for no good reason.

Or is this a boy's name?
