| How does child support in Maryland work? Does ex just electronically transfer money to your account? |

It started off as us having a child custody agreement and the child support calculator was used to estimate the amount. My Ex complained about the amount so we negotiated to a lower amount.
He was supposed to direct deposit the funds into my account, however he was late several times. I eventually had to file with the state for the funds to be deducted from his paycheck. |
