I recently switched from Fitbit to Apple Watch. The Fitbit said I was awake at night far more than I was aware and far more than Apple watch ever says. Like I was supposedly awake for an hour (in small amounts spread out) every night even when I felt I slept pretty soundly. Not sure if that was true or Apple is. With Fitbit, my resting heart rate never changed by more than about three beats per minute from one day to the next. With Apple Watch to can be as much as 12 bpm different from one day to the next. I guess my point is one of them is off but I have no idea which.
