Therapy for you dealing with adhd / anxious kid

Does anyone have a good therapist that helped you learn coping or emotional regulation methods? I’m not in the DMV so looking for providers with virtual visits. I’m struggling with my 5 year old

For a licensed therapist, you have to see someone licensed in your state, even virtually. I found my therapist by asking my child's developmental pediatrician.

I have two - one who does parent coaching and helps me learn skills for helping my DC. And then I have a therapist for me who helps me work through the emotions of it all. They both do Telehealth, but are located and licensed in Maryland. You would have to find someone licensed in your state or a psychologist who is a member of psypact, if you live in a psypact state.

I think teleheath therapy will be VERY challenging with a 5 year old.

Np- she is looking for a therapist for herself. I would love a name - also out of state - but looks like therapists would have to be licensed in my state even if virtual. Bummer
