Is anyone else’s kids no longer on Parent Vue?

I went to check out my child’s report card, but her profile is completely gone. My son is there but she is not. Is this going on with anyone else?

If the student has turned 18, it may be due to FERPA.

Can the student turn it back on?

Did the student graduate? Why would you need ParentVUE if he/she did?

No she didn’t not graduate

Yes, one of my kids’ profiles has disappeared this week. This happened earlier in the year and it just reappeared again a few days later.

Actually sorry it has disappeared on Canvas not on ParentVue.

That didn’t happen with my kid who turned 18 during his senior year ago so I doubt that’s the reason.
