OCR complaint for 504 issues-anyone have success?

Was curious if anyone has had success using this route. I don't think I can do a state complaint because it is not an IEP issue.

| I have filed several complaints and have never heard back but have seen larger changes that I might have contributed too. File the complaint- it always makes me feel better |

| Yes, back in 2015. But school all but admitted to the OCR team that they excluded her due to her disability so it was pretty open and shut. |
