Realtor Recommendations for Howard Cty., MD

We are looking to relocate to Howard County to be closer to my husband's work. (Baltimore County)
We are not wealthy but would like a single family home with a nice yard.
Probably in the $400,000 price range, I am guessing.
Does anyone have a recommendation for a great realtor ?

Creig Northrop Team, Clarksville Long and Foster, 410-531-0321 or anyone on his staff. He is by far one of the biggest and helpful in Howard County. And he is a full time real estate person, grew up in the county. I'm not related to him but when we were looking in HC for a house, his staff were everywhere and very helpful, although we ended up buying in Anne Arundel.
